About Kirk

Kirk LloydKirk Lloyd is President of Risk Management Resources, Inc. Kirk has worked in the farm safety field since 1988, and has managed his own consulting firm since 1996. His company provides practical consulting services and informative training seminars to help Northwest growers manage employees, improve safety results, and reduce exposure to Oregon OSHA compliance problems.

A message from Kirk:

My entire life experience has prepared me to serve as a consultant to the agri-business community. I was raised in an agricultural environment, earned my bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, and have devoted my professional career to serving agri-business here in the Northwest. I have 20 years of experience working in safety and compliance specific to this industry. I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from small family farms to some of the largest agri-business operations in the region.

While some consultants might be tempted to create dependency relationships with their clients to ensure an ongoing need for their services, I am strongly opposed to that approach. I want my clients to obtain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become increasingly less dependent on outside services. I collaborate with my clients to develop custom solutions that fit their needs.

My business practices are guided by my own family experience with agri-business over many generations-I treat my clients the same way that I would want my parents and siblings treated by the professionals they do business with. Respect, honesty, and a good value received for money spent, are the foundations on which I've built my business reputation.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
